How Much Does Dead Animal Removal Cost

Dead animal removal is well worth the cost! This is one of the jobs I do in which I most commonly receive tips! The relief from having the stench gone in or around your house is well worth the price. Also, dead animal removal tends to be more cost effective because it's usually a one-time service visit, and one that doesn't require more expensive work like cage trapping and wildlife relocation, or damage repairs, etc. Here are some example costs:

Removal of a small dead animal outside: If it's just something like the removal of a dead opossum in the yard, maybe the total price will be as low as $100 for the service visit and disposal fee. Removal of a large dead animal outside: Something like a dead deer that needs removal will be more costly, maybe something like $250

Removal of a dead animal under a house: A dead raccoon under a house, which requires finding the animal and crawling to it might be $200

Removal of a dead animal in the walls or attic: If you have a bad smell in the house, like a dead rat in the walls or something, a job that requires a lot of searching and cutting open a hole and repairing it, the cost might be something like $300

All of these costs are examples, and the price will vary based on factors such as the company doing the job and the complexity of the work. Call a local company to get an accurate price quote.
